Hacom Technologies and Vanrise have entered into a mutual, non-exclusive global partnership to jointly serve mobile network operators, governments and regulators across multiple continents. The agreement brings together two international telecom software companies – each with more than 15 years of carrier-grade deployments – under a single trusted partnership covering both the operational and the subscriber-facing layers of the network.
Operators, governments and regulators today face increasing pressure to deliver more capability, more securely, with fewer vendors. Network fraud has become more sophisticated. Public warning is now a regulatory expectation in most jurisdictions, not a nice-to-have. Subscriber experience and operational efficiency are no longer treated as separate conversations.
The Hacom and Vanrise partnership is built around that shift. Through Vanrise, the partnership brings a portfolio that addresses how operators and governments run, monetise and protect their networks: OSS and BSS platforms, wholesale revenue management components, network / Camara APIs, multi-layered fraud management solutions, and a growing GovTech and RegTech practice serving regulators directly amongst other governmental stakeholders across Telecom, Gambling / Gaming and Mobile Money sectors, enabling traffic / transaction monitoring and taxation assurance.
Through Hacom, the partnership brings the e7Link suite of carrier-grade products focused on subscribers and public safety: SMS Center with AI-Driven A2P Monetization applications, Public Warning Platforms including Cell Broadcast Services, Real-Time Location Platforms including LBS and AGPS applications, among others.
