VanGate
VanGate is Vanrise’s complete solution for ministries and mobile operators, it merges between the Billing and Routing management solution (T.One), Fraud Detection solution (F.Zero) and other services customized depending on the needs of each project.
With Vangate Vanrise will be responsible of conducting several operations on behalf of the Ministry, including and not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Design, tailoring, and implementation of telecom billing, routing,and fraud detection solutions
- Design and implementation of fiber linking the Ministry to Europe through different neighboring countries, including the design of redundant E1 distribution inside the country carrying international traffic
- Conducting interconnections on behalf of the Ministry with local operators and international carriers
- Collecting and processing CDRs from different IGW switches
- Negotiating with international carriers for outgoing traffic and marketing international incoming traffic to the country
- Generating international calls price lists on behalf of the Ministry to Mobile/Local Operators and country’s price list to International Carriers
- Invoicing carriers and local operators
- Collecting and paying dues from and to local and international carriers on behalf of the Ministry
- Monitoring QoS and other KPIs
- Communicating with 3rd parties on behalf of the Ministry
- Conducting fraud detection activities and generating daily reports for the Ministry to take legal action against fraudsters
- Generating monthly progress and financial reports for the Ministry of Communications
