T.One Releases

Nextpoint

Implementation and testing phases have been successfully accomplished for both billing and routing.

Reports

New graphs and reports were added to the system for more clarity and efficiency to the users.

LSP

Not only does T.One display the least cost rate records to the user, but now it also provides him with the least sale rate table. This will display the rates given to the customers on a certain destination sorted from the lowest rate/customer to the highest one.

Alerting system

The alerting process in the system has been enhanced for better performance and for critical results. This feature is now so easy to deal with giving the user much more detailed and real-time alerts.

CDR problems

A page displaying any missing data in the system is now very clear to the user attracting his attention in case any definition for any code, zone or even a carrier mapping was missing on the system. It will provide the user with a detailed explanation taking him directly to the specific problem.

Carrier Accounts

New features have been added to the carrier account configuration page allowing the user to:

1.Indicate whether this account is related to a switch interconnection not to be mentioned in any calculation or billing report in the system

2.Indicate that a certain account will have a sale rate equal to its cost rate gaining zero profit from this account

Prepaid Feature

A feature to control the traffic of a wholesale carrier, after setting the prepaid amount, alerting/emailing options are available to notify the customer with the remaining balance of his prepaid credit on several stages and finally the account will be de-activated upon reaching the minimum threshold.

The user can now assign a credit limit to his customer giving him this limit either globally at the carrier profile level or specifically at the carrier account level. Specifically means giving a separate limit for each account alone for the same carrier profile.

Postpaid Feature

A feature to limit the traffic of a certain customer, according to the credit agreement, in one of the following scenarios:

  • Netting
    • In this case the amount of both incoming and outgoing traffic, in addition to the unpaid invoices in both directions, will be considered to have the final balance which in turn should not exceed the credit limit
    • Several levels can be defined to send emails (alerts) notifying the customer about his remaining credit limit.
    • A termination action can be specified to block the customer in case he exceeds his credit limit
  • Non-netting
    • Customer Side
      • In this case the amount of incoming traffic, in addition to the unpaid invoices, will be considered to have the final balance which in turn should not exceed the credit limit
      • Several Levels can be defined to send emails (alerts) notifying the customer about his remaining credit limit
      • A termination action can be specified to block the customer in case he exceeds his credit limit
    • Supplier Side
      • It is an additional feature, so we don't exceed the supplier limit and accordingly can adapt the routing to maintain the credit level available
      • Several levels can be defined to send emails (alerts) notifying us about our remaining credit limit
      • A termination action can be specified to remove the supplier from the LCR in case we exceeds our credit limit
Capacity Utilization Management

Initiating from the carrier ports definitions, T.One has rich tools offering a clear view of the capacity usage of the customer network.

  • Carrier ports monitor displaying the details of traffic volumes, inbound/outbound traffic, through different trunks and IPs
  • IP and TDM hourly reports: hourly utilization detailed calculations based on predefined carrier mapped IPs and trunks
  • Switch utilization, daily maximum utilization and other reports delivering an obvious investigation and a better decision making

Customer/Supplier External Access

The external Access module in T.One allows the creation of external users from interconnected  carriers to access the system and view their related figures only. An administrator of T.One can define users to access the client's system and view their traffic and financial figures.
Several traffic reports will be available to the user in addition to the ability of viewing their exchanged billing information.
